The TopSharing Model gives guidelines for an alternative work model that considers the individual needs of the members
and allows them to develop their full proficiency. TopSharing allows space for extensive personal development
and strengthens social skills.
Experience with past projects clearly showed that it is essential to stay flexible and that TopSharing can be an optimal
way to work when dealing with organizational processes. The TopSharing model helps make smooth transitions possible,
where changes can be characterized by a high degree of agility and little or no loss of know-how for the enterprise.
